Who is the Tracr Community open to?

The Tracr Community is open to all diamond industry participants, allowing the whole industry to learn about Tracr and the requirements for platform integration. Our collective work of building this digital infrastructure for the diamond industry, by the industry ensures the needs of the industry are met. Registered users must follow our terms and conditions and use an email address that is associated with their business.

What is the difference between the Community and the Tracr Platform?

The Tracr Platform is the digital infrastructure for the diamond industry for the purpose of provenance, authenticity and traceability of diamonds. Tracr is creating a robust data sharing ecosystem that responds to consumer requirements while simultaneously driving better business efficiency.  The Community via the web Portal serves as an educational resource and collaboration space for all Tracr related topics.

Technology education and onboarding material will enable Industry participants in preparation for joining the Tracr Platform.  As the Community Portal develops it will also serve as a knowledge base for data standards, technical readiness and process best practices that will allow for seamless integration with the Tracr platform.  As the Tracr Ecosystem grows, the Community Portal will become a vibrant environment for communication, collaboration and education of the wider Diamond Industry for the topics of provenance, authenticity and traceability.

How does the Tracr Community differ from the Pilot Program?

The Tracr Community provides a space for education and collaboration on Tracr related topics. It will host a depositary of knowledge for both current and future participants to seamlessly integrate with the Beta Platform upon industry release.

How much does Tracr Community membership cost?

The Tracr Community Portal is free of charge. To join, simply complete the registration form on www.tracr.com/community and you’ll gain access to the Tracr Community.

How often will the Tracr Community be updated?

We will update the Community with all new developments - this includes platform development, Tracr events, announcements. Our vision is for the Tracr Community to become the standard  knowledge base that inspires industry wide collaboration on all provenance, authenticity and traceability topics..

How can I ask the Tracr team questions and communicate with the community?
